RESPONSIBILITIES

Hansåkerskolan is now seeking a Grades 1–3 Teacher to start in the autumn term of 2026. As a Grades 1–3 Teacher, you will be part of a team with other teachers and support staff. You will actively contribute to developing the school's pedagogical activities. The work involves planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching together with the team based on the school's goals. You will clearly work with our knowledge goals and requirements to motivate students and help them achieve good results in their development, both socially and academically. You will use varied working methods and base your teaching on each student's thinking and abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a valid teaching license for the position. You are well-versed in the curriculum documents and can translate them into learning that is understandable and meaningful for the students. You have high expectations for students and their ability to develop, and you can capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning. Experience with using digital tools for student learning and experience working with children in need of special support is an asset.

As a person, you are structured, well-planned, and enthusiastic in your teaching. You are collaborative and interested in contributing to the professional development of the organization. You also have the ability to plan and organize both your own work and the students' work efficiently, creating a trusting classroom climate where all students are heard.
